How to use it:

For lower back tension: Lie on your back with the roller positioned under your lumbar area. Slowly roll up and down for 1-2 minutes. Don't roll directly on the spine. Stay on the muscles next to it.

For upper back and shoulders: Sit on the floor, knees bent, and place the roller behind your shoulder blades. Lift your hips and slowly roll between your shoulder blades.

For legs and glutes: Sit on the roller and shift your weight onto one side. Roll along the back of your thigh, hamstring, and glute. This connects directly to back pain for most people.
