The 10 minutes a day that changed my back.

When the back pain got really bad, I started looking for something I could do at home. I didn't want another pill. I didn't want another doctor. I wanted to take control of the recovery myself.

This foam roller became part of that routine. 10 minutes a day, on the floor next to my bed, before sleep or after work. It became one of the few things that actually moved the needle.

This isn't a soft roller. The high-density EPP core is firm, so when you press your back against it, you actually feel it working into the muscle. The textured surface mimics the feeling of fingers pressing into trigger points. It's deep, sometimes uncomfortable in the best way, and it leaves you feeling looser than when you started.

Why it Works

Professional-Grade Firmness
Features a high-density EPP core with a 60 Shore hardness rating. It is built to hold its shape perfectly and won't collapse under your weight, even with daily, long-term use.

Targeted Trigger Point Texture
Designed with a specialized textured surface that mimics the deep pressure of a massage therapist's fingers, reaching deep into tight muscle knots.

The Perfect Back-Relief Dimensions
At 33cm long and 14cm wide, it is the ideal size to stabilize your body while still being narrow enough to target specific muscle groups along your spine.

Ultra-Durable & Lightweight
Made from premium, lightweight EPP foam that is easy to move around but tough enough to handle heavy daily sessions.

Compact and Portable
Easy to store under your bed, next to your desk, or throw in your car for quick relief wherever you go.

How to Use

For the Upper Back & Shoulders
Sit on the floor with your knees bent, placing the roller right under your shoulder blades. Lift your hips slightly and roll slowly between your neck and mid-back to release daily desk tension.

For the Lower Back
Position the roller horizontally under your lumbar area. Keep your core engaged and roll slowly up and down. Focus on the muscles alongside your spine, rather than rolling directly on the vertebrae.

For Glutes & Hamstrings
Sit directly on the roller, tilt your weight to one side, and roll along your glute and the back of your thigh. Releasing tight glutes is often the missing key to lower back relief.

The 10-Minute Habit
Start with just 5 minutes a day. The first few sessions might feel intense or leave you slightly sore-this is a normal sign of tight muscles finally releasing. Gradually build up to 10 minutes.
