Shipping Policy

At Rise Your Back, we want to get your products to you as quickly and reliably as possible.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We're working on expanding to additional countries soon.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Times

Standard shipping to the United States typically takes 10–15 business days from the day your order is shipped. Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including weather, holidays, and carrier delays.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@riseyourback.com and we'll work with the carrier to locate your package. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you'll be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@riseyourback.com with photos of the damage. We'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
